Alternate camping areas may be available in Beach camping Zone 8 (Marloo, Ocean Lake and Duling).

Sections between Ngkala Rocks and Sandy Cape may be impassable. Motorists are advised to exercise caution at all times, plan ahead by checking tide times, and only travel around the lowest expected low tide, if safe to do so.

Rangers will continue to monitor the conditions and reopen the camping zone when deemed safe.

Please observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers and do not enter closed areas.
