Across Queensland, we are delivering on ground infrastructure projects to enhance visitor experiences, improve access and safety and support the protection of our parks and forests.
Some of our current major park infrastructure projects are listed below.

Springbrook plateau site upgrades, Springbrook National Park
Key areas in the Springbrook plateau section of Springbrook National Park are being upgraded to improve visitor experiences and safety, as well as better manage the movement of visitors within the park.

Boodjamulla flood recovery, Boodjamulla National Park (Aboriginal Land)
Recovery and rebuilding progress following significant flooding at the Lawn Hill Gorge section of Boodjamulla National Park (Aboriginal Land).

Eastern Kuku Yalanjiwarra Culture and Tourism Hub development, Daintree National Park
A new Indigenous cultural tourism hub is being developed where the rainforest meets the reef at Cape Tribulation. It will promote the unique and diverse culture of the Eastern Kuku Yalanjiwarra people.
