Visitors are advised that Musgravea track, Djiru National Park, has now reopened with restrictions.
Due to a damaged causeway, 300m from the Licuala day-use area entrance, through access of the track is not possible.
Visitors cannot complete the entire track and will need to return to their starting point.
Musgravea track can be accessed from 2 starting points:
- From El Arish to Mission Beach road trailhead to causeway (turn around point) - 8.2km return.
- From Licula day-use area, from Tully to Mission Beach road to causeway (turn around point) - 600m return.

Please observe all signage, barriers and directions from rangers and do not enter closed areas.
