The Family Islands offer a range of camping experiences from island bush camping on Wheeler and Coombe islands to camping with a range of facilities and opportunities on Dunk Island.
Camping permits are required for Wheeler and Coombe islands and fees apply. A camping tag with your booking number must be displayed at your camp site.
Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service does not manage the camping area on Dunk Island. Bookings for tent camping and glamping at this camping area can be made through Dunk Island.
