Features: wide, open camp sites with limited shade near the old shearing shed close to Bullock Creek.
Location: 15.3km from the national park entrance. From the national park entrance travel 6.5km to Shirley Homestead, the track crosses Bullock Creek and passes through acacia and bluegrass communities. Turn right, just past the Shirley Homestead and travel 4.5km to a Y intersection. Follow the Y intersection to the right, the camping area is located another 4.3km along this track.

Access: the camping area can be reached by 4WD vehicles only. It is accessible to off-road 4WD camper trailers and off-road 4WD caravans driven with caution.
Number of sites: 7 separate and numbered sites.

Open fires: Camp fires are only permitted in the steel communal fire ring (fireplace) provided, except when QFD fire ban and restrictions or QPWS-imposed fire prohibitions are in place. Bring your own clean firewood such as untreated, mill off-cuts—collecting firewood from the national park is prohibited. Bring a gas or fuel stove for cooking.
Generators: not permitted.
