Daisy Hill Koala Centre is located at 253 Daisy Hill Road in the Daisy Hill Conservation Park, approximately 25km south of Brisbane.
By car
To get to the Daisy Hill Koala Centre from Brisbane City, head south on the Pacific Motorway (M3). Take Exit 24 towards Loganlea Road, Daisy Hill. Follow the signs to Daisy Hill Conservation Park. The Daisy Hill Koala Centre is located within the park, and free parking is available on-site. The drive usually takes around 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
By bus
To reach the Daisy Hill Koala Centre by public transport, use the TransLink journey planner to find the best route. From Brisbane City, take a bus to the Springwood Bus Station, such as the 555 or 572. From Springwood Bus Station, you can take a taxi, rideshare, or walk approximately 3 kilometres to the Daisy Hill Koala Centre. The walk takes about 35–40 minutes. Accessibility
Daisy Hill Koala Centre is suitable for wheelchairs, prams and for those who find walking difficult. We have a wheelchair on site should you require support during your visit. Pathways are a combination of concrete, and elevated timber boardwalks. Wheelchair accessible toilets are located in the Koala Centre. There are accessible parking spaces available in the car park.

- Please read our Conditions of Entry before visiting Daisy Hill Koala Centre.
- Children under the age of 15 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Children must not be left unattended in the Koala Centre.
- Parks are natural environments and conditions can be unpredictable. You are responsible for your own safety and for looking after the park.
- In conditions of high fire danger, walking tracks and other areas may be closed. For your safety, follow instructions on signs. If you see a bushfire or any illegal activity, please phone emergency services as soon as possible.

Treated water is available at the Koala Centre.

Essentials to bring
- Protective clothing, a hat, sunscreen for protection from the sun and insect repellent for biting insects.
- Sturdy shoes for walking.
- Water bottle – treated water is available inside the Koala Centre to refill.
- Rubbish bags to take rubbish home—no bins are provided.
- Binoculars or a camera to help spot koalas and other wildlife.
Opening hours
Daisy Hill Koala Centre is open daily from 10.00am to 4.00pm, except Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday.
